The highly efficient UVC clarifiers in the Bitron Premium range are suitable for ponds up to 90 m? and are extremely effective at removing algae and pathogenic bacteria – in the same way as a submersible UVC. They offer 100% protection against eye damage, are particularly energy efficient thanks to an electronic ballast and are exceptionally effective in disinfection thanks to the long dwell time of the water in the Bitron. The flow-optimized reactor design ensures direct and almost loss-free UV radiation. A Bitron Premium can be connected very flexibly before or after the ProfiClear filter system – i.e. also in other gravity applications. If the pond or fish population increases, additional Bitron Premium UVC devices can be added at any time, and they can also be installed horizontally or vertically. Depending on requirements, the lamps on the Bitron Premium 120 W and 180 W can be switched individually.
