Note: For bio security reasons we cannot return any fish to our site.
Is delivery safe for the fish?
We never use drugs or chemicals to slow the fishes metabolism as our fish are healthy and hardy enough to travel. The courier we use is DX, they provide a delivery service second to none and take every care to ensure your fish get to you safely and on time.
Your fish are hand selected from our stock tanks, then placed into a large polyethylene bag partly filled with water. We then use a second bag to reduce the chance of punctures before we remove the air from the bag and replace it with pure oxygen for transit. The fish are then packed in a sturdy box to avoid damage
What to do if a fish arrives damaged or dead?
All fish are guaranteed alive on arrival. In the unfortunate and unlikely event of any damage or fatalities in transit a full refund can be given or credit note to the value of the sale will be issued. If you wish to report a problem with your fish this needs to be done on the day of delivery via email. Evidence may be requested in the form of photo’s or video before issuing a refund or credit note.
When will my fish be delivered?
When ordering your fish, at checkout you will be able to select a delivery date of any Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and your fish will delivered on a before 1pm service on the selected date.
Delivery of Live fish will start from £23.99 for delivery Wednesday-Friday to most of mainland UK. Your exact delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on postcode and size of order.

For reasons beyond our control, we cannot deliver to the following postcodes:
BT, P030+, ZE1-3, AB37-38, HS, IV, KW, PH19+, JE, GY, AB30+, DD8+, FK17+, KA27-28, PA20+, PH30+
We cannot deliver to the Remote Scottish Highlands.
